Shipping and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchased product, you can:

• Return it via Bpost (at your own expense)

When returning an item via Bpost, the product should be returned within 14 days to the following address: Mandiau Jewelery, Pieter Breughellaan 23, 1861 Wolvertem after sending an email to: info@mandiau.com to announce the return. When returning via post, the customer is fully responsible for the shipping costs. The conditions for returning an order and the provided return address apply only to products purchased from the webshop.

When returning a product, Mandiau Jewellery will refund the paid amount within 30 days. During the first 14 days after delivery, I expect you to handle the order and packaging with care. If you still wish to return the goods via post, you may only unpack or use them to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the goods. Returned goods may be tried on, but should not be used. When returning the goods, they must be accompanied by the original packaging and in their original condition, following the instructions below. If the goods delivered by me have a security seal or seal that is damaged or removed, I will not accept the return of the goods.

In no case will the following items be accepted for return:

• Worn items
• Gift Cards

Once I receive your return in good condition and it meets all the specified requirements (in new condition, original packaging, unworn, etc.), I will make every effort to refund the amount you paid as quickly as possible. Only the actual paid amount will be refunded. To process the refund, please provide your bank details via email.
